Our Faculties & Schools
Advancing knowledge and innovation for a better world
Our consultation, coaching and virtual learning classes are designed for cognitive development, improved academic performance, positive behaviour enhancement, social skills, and communication skills development.
Infant & Toddler Preparatory Session
Most parents know the importance of nutrition for physical growth milestones at this stage, but cognitive development is also essential for infants and toddlers to achieve. Starting early with infants' and toddlers' cognitive development is a smart way for parents to effectively support their children towards a good academic life. Our Infant and Toddlers Preparatory Session provides parents with insights on actively enhancing brain development, spotting developmental gaps, and intervening appropriately.
Ready for Formal Learning Programme
Every child is unique, and so is their learning capacity. We help children from 3 to 7 years old acquire the skills to succeed academically. This is a non-academic cognitive development programme designed to guide parents on how to get their child ready for formal learning. It is for building the foundation of learning skills. A child must attain good foundation skills and cognitive development milestones to excel at formal learning.
RFL is a comprehensive programme that includes assessing the child's foundation skills, identifying the developmental gaps in learning capacity, and engaging the child in our programme/consultation to close all gaps. This programme is more preventative than curative.
Learning Capacity Booster Programme
We designed this coaching programme for children from 8 to 16 years old who struggle to achieve academic milestones. Our approach is focused on developing learning autonomy for children at this age. We work in partnership with parents and teachers to help children gain intrinsic motivation for attaining set academic goals. We do not tutor on academic subjects; we enhance the learning mindset and work on the cognitive and behavioural development of the struggling learner.
Social Skills & Etiquette Programme
Social skills are important for middle childhood. We promote the healthy social and emotional development of children at this age. Some children make friends quickly while others are lonely; some have self-control while others have a quick temper; some are withdrawn/shy while others are leaders.
Understanding and practising effective social skills will help children and adolescents in their adult lives.
One - on - One Personal Development & Metacognition Coaching
As academic demand increases for older teenagers and young adults, a poor metacognition capacity can make learning frustrating. We coach high school and university students on learning how to learn for independent and confident academic achievement. We offer a transformative personal development coaching session for increasing productivity, improving self-worth, and strategic positioning for success in life. We aim to help teenagers and young adults become more aware of their potential, utilise their capacity, and develop their unique psychological strengths to reach personal goals.
Professional Presence Preparatory (PPP) Programme/ Consultation
Transitioning from a student to a professional life can be challenging without adequate knowledge. University graduates need the skills to succeed in the workplace.
Our PPP programme/consultation is designed to give our students/clients a career starting edge. The client/student will learn about professional appearance, behaviour and communication skills. We equip participants with the attitude, skills, and knowledge crucial to starting a professional life. This programme/consultation covers essential soft skills for the workplace - corporate behaviour, appearance, and effective communication. We partner with Parents/Guardians, Universities, recruitment agencies, and Organisations for this programme.
